Dave is the President of eDemand Inc. He is a founder in multiple high technology start up companies including America Online where he developed the AOL Instant Messaging (AIM) application. Prior to eDemand, he served in senior management roles for large multi-national corporations including SITA and DHL.
Dave is a member of the Board of Trustees for Young Harris College in Young Harris, Georgia and a member of the Board of Advisors to the Georgia State Department of Education on the technology curriculum for Georgia high school students. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for Passenger Air Tariff based in Geneva, Switzerland, Mobile Travel Booking in Atlanta, and as a senior partner in the Atlanta Consulting Team.
Dave earned his MBA and a Bachelor of Sciences, Business Administration. He maintains recognized certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP) thru the Project Management Institute, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) thru ISACA, Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) thru ISACA, PCI Professional (PCIP) thru the PCI-SSC, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Denise R. Brown - CFO/Vice President
Denise is a senior executive with over 20 years business experience in managing businesses and has been involved in high technology start-ups.
Denise manages all accounting and finance aspects for eDemand including vendor management, human resources, accounting, budgeting, benefits, and daily business administration. Previously she was involved in multiple technology startups where she developed the customer service teams for companies including America Online and PlayNet.
Denise earned a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Sienna College in Loudenville, NY.
Michael Workman PhD - Board of Advisors
Michael has over thirty years of experience in the computer industry where he began as a software engineer. Mike moved into management roles including the Chief Technology Officer for companies including Digital Equipment Corp (DEC), He was the CTO at NETCommerce and helped secure two funding rounds for over $12 million. Other positions include Unisys, Bank of America, Openware, Alltel (now Verizon), Equant/France Telecom, and NETCommerce. Michael taught as a professor of Information Sciences at Florida State University (FSU) and Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). Michael currently teaches at Texas A&M.
Michael has experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, management, strategy, software architecture, process methodologies, software design and development, commercialization, funding, and research & development. Michael has successfully managed virtual teams and departments of 500+ staff. He has managed budgets over $50 million with a track record for on-schedule and on-budget delivery of high quality, high demand products used commercially around the world.
Michael received his Ph.D. from Georgia State University, and has an MBA and an undergraduate degree in computer science.
